Role Overview

The Operations team are work as a key part of the business and ensure the functionality of the company runs smoothly on internal and external processes, As our Office Manager, you will work closely with all areas of the business to ensure support is provided as required at SLT level and employees across the areas covered by the Operations team namely, HR, Finance, IT and Office Management

What You'll Do

• Support the SLT team with employee and HR focused support

• Manage Company wide meetings, events, communications

• Manage Office operations

• Assist with Operations team tasks where required

• Manage the recruitment process

• Organise a fixed starters and leavers programme

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a start up/ small business

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience in a similar role

• MS Office suite capabilities

• A confident individual who can competently provide solutions

• Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building something from scratch

• Experience with senior and junior members of a team.
