Role Overview
As a Senior Product Designer at Tendable, you will own end-to-end design for product areas, from discovery to delivery. You will help establish our design culture, processes, and foundations (like our design system), while balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and wants to have a significant impact on both product and design practice.
What you will do
- Lead design for key product areas, from concept to final handoff.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and polished UI designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate decisions.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to ship impactful features.
- Build and maintain scalable design patterns and contribute to the design system.
- Advocate for the user while balancing business and technical constraints.
- Help shape Tendable’s design processes, tools, and ways of working.
What you will need
- 5-7 years of product design experience in a product company
- Proven ability to deliver end-to-end design (UX + UI + research)
- Experience working independently in fast-paced or startup settings
- Eye for detail and a drive to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills - able to explain design rationale to cross-functional partners.
- Ability and willingness to quickly produce concepts and test ideas with users
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools
- A portfolio demonstrating user-centred design process and impactful product work

Our workplace and culture
At Tendable, we apply the best digital technology to solve one of healthcare’s most important challenges: how to continuously raise the bar on quality.
The Tendable app and web platform make quality inspections quicker, easier and more effective by bringing the mobile user experience we all know and love to the frontlines of the healthcare industry.
About Tendable
Health and care workers are called to their professions because of a passion for people, not paperwork. Yet, healthcare staff often spend more time on admin than caring for patients.
At the same time, health and care workers face new challenges in keeping our communities healthy. As a result, understanding and improving quality in care is more critical now than ever.
Across care and clinical settings, teams want to do better for the people and communities they care for. First, they need to know what better means.
This is why we created Tendable.
